What we collect. When you book a table, contact us or order from us, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, booking details and any dietary requirements or special requests.

How we use it. We use your details only to manage your booking or enquiry, to contact you about it, to issue invoices and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with. We share your details only with the services we use to run our business, such as our booking system, email provider, payment providers and accountants, and only as needed for the purposes above, or where the law requires it.

Google data. Our internal tools may access our own company Google Drive to organise business files. We do not access, use or share Google user data belonging to customers or visitors.

How long we keep it. We keep booking and contact details for as long as needed for the purposes above, and accounting records for as long as Maltese law requires.

Your rights. Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. To do so, email info@coogis.co. You can also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta.
